2. Case studies of Property Investment Strategies
With the understanding of your investment objectives, we will go through case studies and proposals of investment strategies that can achieve your objectives. We will drill down into specific property discussions using our Excel tool for top down analysis and professional property information tools to seek out the exact property that meet your needs!
About the Trainers
Chua I-Min, CFA is the Managing Director and Founder of Invest Coach Pte Ltd. He conducts regular classes in fundamental analysis, stock valuation, REITs, financial planning and property investments. He is also the author of 2 published investment books titled “Create A Secondary Income Stream Through Long Term Shares Investing” and “Create Wealth Accumulation Systems to be Financially Stress Free”.
I-Min has more than 20 years of working experience mainly in the investment industry. He was the Chief Operating Officer for A.B. Maximus, responsible for expanding the company’s investment education business into the region. Previously as a real estate investment professional in Capitaland and subsequently PhillipCapital, he had done several investment deals amounting to S$250 million collectively. Prior to that, he was based in China, participating in a successful IPO exercise of a Chinese company in Singapore Stock Exchange.
I-Min graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Honours (2nd Upper), majoring in Finance. He continued his education by earning the CFA charter and the AFP certification.
